We collect only what we need to reply to you, run calls and send emails you agreed to. We never sell your data. You can ask us to see, fix or delete it at any time.

Calls. We don’t record calls. If that ever changes, we’ll ask you first and update this policy.
Free tools. The Store Page Checker reads the public page you paste. The Repeat Revenue Calculator runs in your browser, and we don’t save the numbers you type.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that work for us: Klaviyo (email), Calendly (bookings), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta (ad measurement), WhatsApp (messages), Wise and Payoneer (payments), [website host], and our CRM when we add one. We never sell your data.
4. International transfers
Our team works from Bangladesh, and we use providers in the US and elsewhere. Where data leaves the UK or EU, we use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Lawyer to confirm
5. How long we keep it
- Leads: 24 months after last contact.
- Clients: the contract plus 6 years for tax records.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: 14 months.
6. Your rights
See, correct or delete your data · limit or object to its use · get a copy · withdraw consent · stop marketing any time. Email privacy@cliktron.com. We reply within 1 month.
7. Complaints
Tell us first. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or the data protection authority in your EU country.
8. US visitors
We don’t sell or share personal data for money. You can ask what we hold and ask us to delete it.
9. Children
This site is for businesses, not anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We update this page and the date at the top.
